Warranty

General Terms

Paddlesshop provides limited warranty to our products. If you believe the situation complies the warranty policy, please submit the warranty claim form here. Provide us with as much detail as possible so we can evaluate your request.

The warrantied product must be shipped back to our warehouse for inspection. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a higher priced item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Because shipping involves a third party we can’t absolutely guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. At Paddlesshop’s sole discretion, we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product. Repair and exchange may take up to 14 days to complete. Once completed, the product will be returned to you at Paddlesshop’s cost.

Paddles
30-day manufacturer’s limited warranty on all paddles from date of purchase. We warrant against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to have the defective part or product professionally repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at no charge to you.

This warranty does not cover the following conditions.

  • Damage or defects caused by impact with any material or object (rocks, court net posts, etc.).
  • Damage or defects caused by transportation, loading, unloading, dropping or handling.
  • Missing paddle.
  • Damage or defects caused by improper use and/or maintenance.

Bags
1-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty on all bags from date of purchase. We guarantee against any abnormal defect in workmanship and materials within this period. At our sole discretion we reserve the right to either have the defective part or product professionally repaired, or replaced with an equivalent product at no cost to you.

This warranty commitment does not cover claim conditions listed below.

  • Fading.
  • Tears, rips or holes caused by collision or abuse.
  • Zipper damage caused by misuse or improper care and maintenance.

Warranty return instruction

If you want to return your product under warranty, please, follow our instructions:

  • SEND US A FORM or email at support@paddlesshop.com for troubleshooting
  • If the product is within the 1 year warranty period, Paddlesshop Technical Support will provide the customer with an RMA number. Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain an R.M.A form (Return Merchandize Authorization) with the related address.
  • Our Customer Support specialists will help you by either fixing the existing product or proceeding with a replacement.
