Our development kicked off at the end of May on a 4th-generation foam core platform. We ran hundreds of sample hits, tested more than ten materials and paddle types, and landed on a winning formula: a high-density 15 mm foam core (the sweet balance between 14 mm and 16 mm), wrapped with an elastic EVA power ring and capped across the sweet zone with a layer of square T700 carbon fiber. That exact mix gives Planker4S stable ball control, superb feel, and durability that holds up under real play.

At the heart is the Planker4S core system — a firm, responsive center with a large sweet spot that turns hard swings into booming drives while keeping touch shots predictable. The Toray T700 surface is crafted to top industry standards, increasing surface friction for significantly improved spin and rotational control.
